RelyOn is intentionally diverse!

This isn’t a new commitment for RelyOn. It’s not something we came up with to conform to the current environment in our country. Diversity is actually part of our DNA!

We know it’s not enough to have a diverse staff. We want to learn from what’s happening in our society. 

As we do that, we plan to be part of the solution. We are committed to helping create positive change in our communities.

Moving forward, RelyOn will:

  • Provide additional diversity/inclusion training for employees
  • Continue supporting local causes that promote racial equality
  • Create better racial diversity on our executive team and board of directors
  • Increase the level of diversity in our DNA
