RelyOn Credit Union is here for your personal and financial well-being. The health and safety of our members and staff are our top priority. In light of unfolding events with COVID-19, we understand the fear you may be experiencing and are committed both to taking responsible action and to remaining a source of stability for you and your family.

To best serve our members at this time, we have made the decision to close all RelyOn lobbies starting Tuesday, March 17. Drive-thru hours will be limited starting Wednesday, April 8. Updated RelyOn hours are as follows:

Drive-Thru:
Monday – Thursday: 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Call Center:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Lobbies: Closed


We encourage you to take advantage of electronic services such as online banking (available right on the relyoncu.org homepage) as well as the RelyOn mobile app. Through these you can conduct all of your normal banking transactions, right from the security of your home.

If you haven’t set up online banking yet, click here to get started. The process takes less than five minutes.

Your RelyOn team is still working tirelessly to serve your financial needs. In addition to online and mobile banking, you can do business as usual through the following:

  • Apply for a loan online and sign all paperwork electronically
  • Open a new account online
  • Text 43783 to get account alerts, payment reminders and special offers texted to you
  • Pay bills with your RelyOn checking account through Bill Pay
  • Deposit checks remotely through the RelyOn app
  • Visit any of the four RelyOn ATMs or text 91989 to find the closest CO-OP ATM near you
  • Message Board
  • Use your credit and cards, as well as access ATMs as normal
  • Call us at 214-357-3328
  • Email us at RelyOnUs@relyoncu.org
