Dallas Branch Going Virtual

We appreciate the way our members have acclimated to digital banking. This has enabled us to transition our Dallas Branch to a virtual branch starting on Monday, August 2.

What is happening to the Branch?
It is going virtual! With so many members adapting to our digital services, it no longer makes sense to operate the Dallas Branch. Instead, we are choosing to reinvest our resources into helping you bank more on your own time—which is a good thing!

Is RelyOn okay?
Yes! In fact, our credit union is more financially stable than it’s ever been.

Is anyone losing their job as a result of closing it down?
No! All member-facing employees will be reassigned to different branches or job roles.

What if I really liked to use the Dallas Branch?
We get that change is hard, and we want to help you however we can. You can still conduct transactions using the on-site ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) available at the Dallas Branch location. It can handle almost all of your transactions.

We will also continue providing the following services by appointment at the Dallas Branch:

  • Notary
  • Official Checks
  • Instant issue debit card

Are you virtualizing all of your Branches?
No. Just the Dallas one.

When is this happening?
We will close business to members on August 2nd, 2021. Those of us with executive and back office roles will remain in the building for now. Eventually we will move to a new, undecided location.
