As a consumer and credit union member, it’s important you understand your rights and what to do if you’re dissatisfied or need to file a complaint with the way we conduct our business.

Filing a Complaint

If you have a complaint against a Texas state-chartered credit union, we encourage you to first contact an officer of the credit union and attempt to resolve the complaint directly with the credit union.

Complaint Form

If you are unable to resolve the problem in this manner, the Department may be able to assist you. Complaints may be submitted by online form, mail, email or fax to:
